The size of the floor space depends on the amount of production you are going to manufacture per one shift.

For example: For organization of manufacture of 50 sq. m. per one shift, with placing of one vibration table, one concrete mixer, racks and warehousing of raw components and finished products from concrete, it is necessary to have a floor space from 100 sq. m. Such area of the mini-plant will allow you to use all the equipment for manufacture of products from concrete and to store necessary materials for manufacture of concrete products. The first 50 sq. m. is a working zone, placing of racks, one vibration table, one concrete mixer and other equipment for manufacture of products from concrete.

And the second 50 sq. m. is warehousing of raw components, warehousing of molds for concrete and subsidiary premises

Finished goods warehousing takes place in the street.

Observing this division of the floor space of a mini-plant, you will manufacture up to 50 sq. m. of finished products from concrete, such, as pavement bricks, frontal (façade) stones and fences from concrete, as well as other products from concrete and heavy-duty concrete. Requirements to floor spaces:

Presence of three phase feeding: it is necessary. A three-phase feeding is necessary for the work of the equipment for manufacture of the products from concrete.

Temperature indoors: minimum +10 degrees Celsius. A lower temperature won’t allow the products from concrete to harden, or will make them very fragile. 

Supply of cold water: it is necessary. Water is one of the components necessary for manufacture of production from concrete.

Supply of hot water: it is recommended.

Presence of a ventilation system: it is recommended. A good air circulation should always be at a production floor space.
