Everyday new building technologies appear. New business ideas demand for increasing of economic efficiency of the production. 

When choosing a technology, you should pay attention to several important factors of manufacture:

Feedstock costs, salaries, leasing, energy costs and other factors – they all form  the primary cost of production. The increase in production size lowers the primary cost of integrated products.

Extra-firm concrete production by vibrofounding uses easy equipment. A group of 3 people, working on one vibrotable with one concrete mixer can make 50 square meters of product during 8-hour working day.   The time of natural drying is reduced from 24 to 15 hours. Having trained with our workers, you would be able to reach the level of productivity and effectiveness you want.

Reliability of the equipment

The prime cost of the production depends on the price if the equipment. Producing different siding, pavement bricks and other manufacture from extra-firm concrete mostly damages plastic molds. Most of the companies offer you molds, made of fragile thin PVC-plastic, or Polystyrene. According to its low technical qualities, it should be put into wooden curb or, as some companies call it, “matrix”. It’s price varies from 10 to 250 euro. It is made to extend somehow the working time of the mold. But they get ruined anyways after 10-15 fillings. In contrast to other companies, producing PVC molds and curbs, we offer absolutely new decisions in the field of molds for concrete production. Molds, made of  shock resistant, firm but flexible ABS plastic that we produce ourselves in sheets 2-4 millimeters thick. This plastic shows good results, because it is firm and flexible at the same time.  We managed to make it flexible by adding special agents. This characteristic is very important for durability of the plastic. When the loading is extremely big, our ABS plastic would bend, not break. And even damaged, they are very easy to fix.

Usual ABS plastic is hygroscopic, so when it is used in the vibrofounding technology it leads to lots of sticking, which ends up with rejection of the detail.  Thank to the peculiarities of our plastic and our technology, this problem is decided. We avoid sticking  and our molds suit perfectly for producing heavy concrete details.

Differences between our ABS plastic and PVC plastic, polystyrene and other producer’s ABS plastic.

Some enterprises give usual polystyrene or PVC, that costs several times less, to be ABS plastic bought from us. To be sure you are buying real ABS plastic with our adding, first you should ask for feedstock certificate. ABS plastic dissolves easily in acetone, has one-layer structure and in most cases the sheet is rugged from one side and smooth from the other. Polystyrene is white and 1 mm thick, PVS is yellow, 0.6-0.9 mm thick. Burning polystyrene smells like burned rubber, and ABS plastic has its own specific sweet smell. 

Minimal electricity expenses

Most of the energy expenses go to vibrotable and concrete mixer. Engines of each has 1000 Watt  capacity. General duration of work is: 5 hours for the concrete mixer, 3 hours for the vibrotable. Rest of the equipment uses 1 000 watt  in 4 hours. So, during 8 hour working day the expenses are 10 000 watt.

Availability of the feedstock on the market

One of the important production factors is availability of the feedstock on the market in our region. Some companies advise using coarse-grained sand (3.5), which is rather hard to find, others – haydite which is expensive or marble crumb, which is even more expensive.

We have chosen the most available and reliable feedstock for our manufacture and decided to turn them to advantage technologically. For making extra-firm concrete we use^

 

1. Portland cement, brand M500 D0. Delivered in 50 kilos bags or unpacked.

2. Granite screening 0.5 mm. Usually it is used in asphalt plants or roads building.  

3. Super plasticizer Ñ-3. Used in concrete manufacture and construction. Sold in bags of 25 and 40 kilos.

4. Iron-oxide pigments for concrete. Sold in bags of 25 kilos, produced in China, Germany and Ukraine, depending on the color.
