Today many companies offer technological packs that allow to be trained and manufacture products, organize mini-factories, start business, manufacture required production and earn money. Sometimes there are companies that promise to send everything on disks by mail and never ask you to arrive for the training. They openly inform that they resell technologies of other companies that had been received by piracy, assuring that their technologies are absolutely the same and there is nothing better, without confirming it by patents, facts, or reasonable arguments. Often people who pursue cheapness believe these incredible promises and invest their money into such companies. But very soon they get disappointed. Thereby “pirates” undermine authority of serious large companies, and after that it is hard to persuade a person that he had been involved in the nets of unfair speculators. Our company Our company has been present at the market, selling business and technologies for more than ten years. Our know-how and achievements constantly increase, we have patents and copyrights, and our technologies are not subject to illegal copying and distribution without our permission. We try to fight with cases of piracy by means of the legislation, and we defend our copyrights. Our partners, working on our technologies and on our equipment help us with it. We recommend our future partners to be serious choosing their direction in business, not to pursue unreal cheap prices for the equipment and try to protect themselves from subsequent troubles and situations when their money are simply thrown out. Rights of the patent-holder The patent-holder has the exclusive right to use the invention or the useful model, protected by the patent. It means that the law gives only the patent-holder the right to manufacture, use, import, offer for sale, sell and otherwise introduce into economic circulation (to exchange, lease, etc.) the product containing the patented invention (useful model). Similarly, only the patent-holder has the right to apply a way protected by the patent, and also introduce into economic circulation or store the product manufactured directly by the way protected by the patent. The patent-holder can transfer (for corresponding compensation) the invention or useful model to any person in this or that volume under the contract. The one, who uses the invention or useful model without the patent-holder’s permission, is considered the infringer of the patent. On demand of the patent holder the court can oblige the infringer to stop infringement and compensate the patent-holder the caused losses which can include both straight losses, and the missed benefit.
