A new patent construction technology «StroyThermo» represents a simple technology of house building which allows to reduce considerably investments and building time. It helps to reduce expences for heating, conditioning etc.

This technology is especially attractive for individual construction.

The advantages  of «StroyThermo» technology:

·         costs of construction materials are reduced 40-50% less; costs of building envelopes are reduced  3-4 times less to compare with brickwork;

·         building time is reduced  2-2,5 times less;

·         expences for motor transport and machinery are reduced considerably;

·         you do not need highly qualified  workers;

·         Taking into account a rather light wall ( 200-250 kg sq.m. on average) and its rather little thickness – 301mm, it is possible to make fundaments of low houses on built-in-place pile, which will allow to save money.

·         This technology conforms to traditional construction materials, practically every combination is admissible.

·         A high durablity of monolithic concrete frame allows to erect houses in regions prone to seisms.
