What is «StroyThermo» technologie?

This is a house buiding technologie of monolithic concrete wall construction with use of retained formwork. Cellular polystyrene block faced  with extra-firm concrete (artificial marble, stone) -  on the outer side; concrete-wooden plate, assembled on a metal section, - inside. The blocks represent rectangular parallelepipeds with negative sides for a better stiffening with concrete. The blocks are made of  cellular polystyrene – a special construction material. Faced blocks are rather light and are assembled easily. The blocks have special gains which make better the laying. The blocks are fixed to each other thanks to an adhesive composition and to a special mechanism which provide hermiticity and prevent from concrete runout. On the surface the block has dovetails; it provides a very good fixing of concrete to the block. The blocks can be cut – according to the project. The blocks of «StroyThermo» technology are faced during the manufacturing. Facing material also plays the role of heat insulation. The facing is realized using the method of vibrofounding adhesion with a cellular polystyrene block according to the technology «Extra-firm concrete» during the filling of concrete on the vibrotable. So, a monolithic concrete wall is erected during one technological operation. Inside it has ready regular concrete-wooden  walls. Outside it has thermo- and sound insulation covering which excludes frost penetration. The exterior layer of heat insulation prevents the monolithic wall from outside factors (f.ex. frost).The facade of the house is covered with extra-firm concrete, which frost-resistance is 700 cycles. Interior walls of «StroyThermo» technology are ready for trimming. You receive very quickly (2-3 months) a beautiful, warm, a very solid house; the thickness of wall is 300 mm. A big assortment of facades and a special technology of concrete colouring allows to choose every pattern, every colour you want – in advance -for your future house.

Monolith is cheaper then wooden frame.
