About the company - Parebrik Co. Mom and pop business. Concrete construction equipment. Innovative technologies.Forming of our group pf companies began in 1997 with foundation of “Vlakos-NN”. Leaders of the company determined at once, that building and everything related to it is very perspective and profitable. At that time “Vlakos-NN” company was a big dealer for bricks enterprises in Volzhsli region. It still deals with brick selling. In 1999, when the building in the city and region increases, “Vlakos-NN” starts doing repairs, decorating and small buildings construction. In 2000, as the level of building in the region became extremely high, the company had to stop decorating work and focus on construction of cottages, stores, cafes, hospitals, office blocks and other edifices. Under these circumstances a big demand for high quality construction and decoration materials appears. Production for landscape and interior design was a deficiency. The manufactures which were on the market were of low quality or in a small assortment. During Analyzing the possibilities we came to a conclusion that each technology had disadvantages. Vibropressing technology did not fit, because it gives a small range of paving blocks, about 5 types. Another thing was that the produced stone-bricks was not qualified, it could be, in the true sense of the word, easily broken with hands. For the part of the vibrofounding technology, it gave wider range of shapes and different kinds of the technology. Adding new positions was only regulated by making additional forms. The shortcoming was the quality of the paving bricks, which had a lot of pores and possessed low physical and mechanical characteristics. The variety of colors was also limited. By the end of 2002 we decided to develop a new technology, using the vibrofounding standards, progressive methods that other companies possessed scientists and specialists in the field of concrete production. But very soon we came across a new issue. The equipment which was available did not stand the production conditions, especially suffered the press molds. This led to zero efficiency. We have tested more than 20 type of plastic of different shapes and textures. Some plastics reacted with concrete, which caused serious sticking. Other demanded lubrication, which was bad for the surface of the production. Some were too frigid so they cracked after 5-10 fillings. Polyurethane molds could stand more fillings, but they also reacted with alkali and collapsed, which made their use non-profitable, because the price was 15 time hire, than the price of the plastic ones. So, the question about new equipment arose. Unique equipment with long terms of work, which would not demand too much care and space. The company has bought forming machines and we started searching for some completely new type of plastic, which had not been used as molds for concrete before. The technological process was also improved: ways of preparing the concrete mix, methods of coloring, potting and molding, which gave the produce stripping strength. Sand was replaced with granite sifting, usual cement with cement of 500 brand, outlay of pigments was minimized by 3 and the produce was dried in normal conditions. After a year of experimenting with plastics, we have found automobile ABS plastic, which was flexible enough, thin and had low adhesion with concrete. It took a while to make matrix for plastic molding. New equipment, including vibrotable and renewed concrete mixer was developed. They suited the technology with low water-concrete ratio and could work for a long time without constant servicing. Next step of creating our own production was to increase the output from one vibrotable in a shift. Thank to the unique plastic qualities, we could exclude several phases of the process: steaming operation, lubrication and scouring, making curbs for molds, use of the forming table. The time of primary consolidation was also reduces from 48 to 22 hours, which allowed to double the turnover of the molds. By the middle of 2003 “Parebrik” company appears and starts producing and selling concrete production for ultimate consumer. Wide advertising company within the city and in the region made it well known between the biggest construction companies. They provided us with lots of large orders for such production as pavement bricks and façade stones. In half a year a new branch of The Bizhni Novgorod Building Institute was opened on the base of the new enterprise. With joint efforts they went on reworking and improving of the technology. To avoid reaction between concrete and ABS plastic, we decided to produce sheet plastic ourselves, adding alkali proof supplement to it. In 2006 group of companies “Vlakos-NN Parebric” purchased special equipment which allows to make metal matrixes with any pattern for making plastic molds. In 2007 we are ready to offer this service to You.
Today group of companies “Vlakos-NN Parebrik” takes the leading position in the field of equipment and technologies for vibrofounding. Production assortment exceeds 180 positions and renews constantly. It combines high durability (durability class from B 40 to B 90, which corresponds with M-600 to M 1200 durability brand) and short indurations period (durability after 24 hours of essential induration not less than 175 * 103 PCI) with demanded indexes of building and technical properties.
