Some companies sell molds in modules, and your production is in square meters. What is the difference?
That’s true, some companies do not point out, what quantity of finished articles this or that unit of mold mean. Usually one module contains 0.3 – 0.6 square meters of finished production. So, you are supposed to buy 2 or 3 modules to get 1 square meter, and the price increases with every module. In our price list we have prices per meter, no matter how many sheets this quality demands. Be careful with other companies’ prices.
Why you are trying to persuade us to buy virbotable produced by your company? There are a lot of vibrotables offered in our market.
Virbotable offered by our company is a little different from others. It has exactly the amplitude we need to produce concrete with the demanded density. It also has horizontal vibration, which lets us reproduce complicated patterns of marble and malachite.
The table has quite a big surface (2.1 x 1.7 meters), which gives us output of 50 square meters in 8 hour working day. We should also note, that the price is minimal. Besides, after buying the table from us you can copy it later in your region.
Are the finished articles really as shiny, as on the pictures?
All the pictures on the web-site were not processes. Glance and haze are achieved during the manufacture thanks to our molds.
Why are you not saying anything about fibrin, which is actively mentioned by other companies?
Fibrin is used for articles, which are treated with high temperature. It is also very expensive(20 eurokilo) We indicate another armor, which is easy to buy in every region and which is less expensive (20 rubleskilo)

Unlike other companies we use ABS plastic we produce ourselves. Other companies use PVC or ABS which crackles or sticks. We give a guarantee (official guarantee) that our molds will stand 100 fillings, and really they can do much more! Other companies say “up to 100 fillings”, but these are only words. Normally they can stand only about 20 and are more expensive, than our. Some companies try to use so called matrixes, which cost 300 euro each. Our molds don’t need that. There also are companies who do not even have and office, and they teach customers in some sheds. You should search through the market very attentively to find a reliable partner.

Firstly, there are some web-sites of our ex-dealers we stopped working with after they broke our conditions. But their web-sites are still working. You can find out what kind of company it is, Information about new production appears approximately once or twice a month. If the website is not renewed, close it at once. Secondly, there are some companies in the Internet who offer technologies without there own production and equipment base. They can promise 50 square meters output, but give really 15 in a 8 hour working day. Thirdly: all the technologies differ. Our company has long-term relations with Nizhniy Novgorod State Architect University. A branch of it is situated on our production facilities. Do you have all the offered forms in sight? If you do not have some, how long does it takes to make them?
The assortment of molds is very big (more than 100 positions), each mold might be glossy or mat, that is why we only have sample molds. Time to produce the requested molds is about two weeks without if there is no other orders no matter how many forms do you need.
I produce pavement bricks according to usual technology using Polish molds. Would your molds suit me?
Sure. You can use our molds and other vibrofounding technologies. As we know, our molds suit perfectly and let you avoid such steps as steaming, reforming on the table, lubrication and scouring.
Using square molds 30*30 , 40*40 made in Poland, we face a problem of stretching of the exterior surface. This leads to paunch-effect. Does this happen to the production of you company?
We never noticed the defect you are talking about. There were also no complains about them from our customers, using our molds.
Is it possible to use your technology with polyurethane molds?
No. Polyurethane molds should be lubricated before filling. Our technology makes provision for coloring the mixture in the moment of production, so the finished articles are not treated of painted, so the lubricant would be on the surface and leave oily spots.
You compare your molds and professional molds for natural production stone from polyurethane. But that is completely another level of production and another material, right?
Freeze-thaw durability of these stones is 250-300 cycles, and of ours’ – 700 cycles. Water absorption 3% for these stones and 0.5% for ours’. Our stones do not need extra treating, like covering with hydrophobic liquid, lacquering and painting, like others do. About profits and efficiency: cover the cost of one square meter of polyurethane we should make 50 fillings. To cover the cost of 20 square meters (minimal productivity) we should make and sell 1000 square meters of stone and this only brings back the money for the mold. How can you cover the costs, if the assortment should be at least 5-10 positions? Or imagine that a worker forgets to lubricate the mold, so all the pattern stays on the surface of the article, and the mold ( or 14000 rubles) is worthless now.
